Our logistics centres and terminals have been constructed and/or adapted to the
general storage requirements of chemical products in mobile containment, and in
agreement with the specific technical requirements of the particular products
under storage.

Centre in Valladolid
2.450 square metre corporate office building, comprised of 700 square metres of
office space for our corporate group, 700 square metres for multi-client offices,
and 1.050 square metres for local businesses, restoration services and expositions.
These facilities are complemented by 12 modular warehouses, independent of the
main building, providing an additional 6.600 square metres.

Centre in Sevilla
43.000 square metres in total area, with a transit and unloading area of 20.600
square metres, 2.200 square metres of front- and lateral-covered docks, 5.900
square metres of totally isolated warehouse space and another 1.300 square metres
for flammable products. Finally, 13.000 square metres of green area complete the
installation. These facilities contain classrooms for training, overnight housing
for drivers, and are supported by integrated security services (24 hours per day,
365 days per year). A fire station is located within seven kilometres of the centre.

14.732 square metres, with more than 9.000 square metres of facilities. Fire station
and security services are located nearby, within the same industrial zone. The
facilities are also supported within the Fitotrans integrated security service,
24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

1.500 square metre lot, on which is constructed an 800 square metre warehouse.

All
of our facilities are equipped with the latest technologies, supporting the provision
of our services with the minimum risks: commercially monitored alarm systems,
guards, water deposits, independent pumping systems, hydrants, fire boxes, environmental
protection systems, centralised detection of fires, static aerators, spark suppression
systems, manual and automatic fire containment and control systems, low and high
expansion foaming systems, interior and exterior containment systems.
Fitotrans is legally registered and established, in terms of corresponding licenses
and authorisations, by the relevant local, regional and national administrations.

20.000 square metre lot, on which we are executing a two-phase project to provide
storage facility coverage to the entire northeast portion of the peninsula.

docking (loading and unloading) area, providing us with better and faster service
towards Portugal.

the needs of Polo Químico de Tarragona, and, in general, to the entire chemical

Plant in Valencia
Together with our Logistics Centre in Chiva, and on a 2.450 square metre lot,
we are defining a project to construct a processing plant that will allow us to
expand our service offerings to include levels of outsourcing that are presently
nonexistent in our sector. The plant will contain two processing lines, for both
liquids and solids.
