Optimal vehicles

Fitotrans has at its disposition its own fleet of modern vehicles supporting the complete range of required capacities. The vehicles have been adapted to the requirements of our specialised transport services, and are subject to a rigorous programme of ongoing maintenance.

Each distribution vehicle contains an elevating platform, to support loading and unloading at destinations without elevated docks.

Our team of mechanics forms an integral part of fleet operations, trained in the maintenance of vehicles meeting contamination standards as defined at the European level (Euro III, IV). Our fleet is also one of the youngest in the sector, with an age of less than three years.

Our trucks serve an exclusive purpose; they do not transport other (incompatible) products, thereby guaranteeing the quality and control for which they have been specially designed.

Our drivers understand the philosophy of client distribution and concern themselves with the danger and characteristics of all products under transportation. In addition to familiarisation with standard procedures for intervention in case of emergency, our drivers are also well trained in our own internal emergency plans and procedures.

Finally, our drivers work to ensure and guarantee that the merchandise is under full control during the entire process of transit and distribution.

The client's merchandise is always within our network of distribution, and their whereabouts are known at all times.
